Sino-EuroThink Tank Communication Association
The Sino-Euro Think Tank Communication Association (SETTCA) is an independent, non-profit and non-governmental association. SETTCA was established to build framework for science based dialogue between scholars and researchers from China and Europe.
By holding conferences, off-the-record briefings, people-to-people exchanges, and ongoing interaction at all levels, the association are working effetely to keeping channels for dialogue open.
SETTCA aims to provide platforms and channels for Chinese scholars and researchers into Europe to carry out joint researches, to participate in field studies, seminars and to attend lecture series, as well as contributing to literature translation and publication.
SETTCA works with many institutions in China, including the National Research Office, the China Foreign Affairs Office, Xinhua News , CPAFFC, Diplomatic Academy, and frontline Think Tanks.
SETTCA has extensive and close relationships with important international institutions including research institutions, Think Tanks, Governments, non-Government organisations, foundations and business communities, SETTCA maintains regular exchanges and high level academic cooperation globaly .
